won't dare give that out but if you

something as that makes him cranky. He
said that if you call he promises that

Who is Marc Miller?
Mr. Marcus Miller has been working in
the heat pump industry for over 28 years
and he is the CEO of Poolheatpumps.com.
He has seen many different manufacturers
come and go, merge or experience
rebirth. He knows the complete history
of swimming pool heat pumps as he was
there in the beginning with some of the
top engineers in the industry
today. Even though he has stopped
working in the field, he still
personally takes care of his
correspondence and to serve our
customers better he keeps up with each
innovation in the pool heat pump
industry by talking to all of the
manufacturers and going to the industry
pool shows. If you are still not sure
which heater you need and need an
unbiased* opinion before selecting your
unit we strongly suggest that you
contact him. He is not a sales person
but a voice of experience in the pool
heating industry.
*When we say unbiased, we really mean he
will tell you what he thinks is the best
heater for your location and application
and he doesn't recommend products for
profit reasons. (Please don't worry you
can be sure he will make a profit as he
needs to if he expects to be around for
another 20 years helping people) He is
very biased as he likes some heaters and
manufacturers better than others. That
man does have his opinions and isn't
afraid of expressing them. Many
opinions were cultivated by years of
working in the field on 95 degree days
in the rain with thunder and lightning
booming all the while he was trying to
replace electrical parts that never
should have failed. (Don't try that at
home sparky) He like heaters that don't
break with long warranties in case they
do. Since he hears what is going on in
the trade he can tell you who is doing
everything right so you don't waste time
or money.
