All our pool heat pump shipments are 100% insured with a no-claim, no customer torture, strictly enforced policy. We only use shipping companies that we have worked with and evaluated over the years, and as soon as somebody complains about a specific terminal we stop using them. Trucking companies can be a challenge to work with occasionally, as they don't seem to understand how important it is to have a warm pool. Sometimes we have to get involved to make sure that the customer gets his or her heater in a timely manner and on the right type of truck. We will do what it takes to make you happy.

Unlike other companies that require your assistance to help the truck driver un load your heat pump, we at Poolheatpumps.com will only ship your pool heat pump on a lift gate truck that will lower the heater to the ground for you unless you ask for a specific type of delivery truck or you have your own fork lift. We can also do a commercial business delivery if you have a dock or fork lift/ tractor to unload it from the tractor trailer.

We do our best to get you tracking information upon request. Usually, tracking #'s or BOL (bill of lading) #'s will be available in 48 to 72 hours after the heat pump is in route. If we are able to obtain this information sooner we will get it to you if you ask.

To check customer service with Saia, we went as far as shipping a heat pump to one of us here at Poolheatpumps.com to document and test a delivery. They did a great job. This particular day Jason from our company accepted delivery.

This is an example of a heat pump being lowered to the ground using a special truck with a hydraulic lift gate.

The heat pump will arrive inside a cardboard box sitting on a pallet. This is to facilitate moving the heat pump around with a refrigerator dolly or similar type hand truck.

We want your heat pump to be packed this way, because if there is damage you will easily notice it on the cardboard box. We want to avoid you accepting a dented or smashed heat pump. In the event that there is shipping damage, please refuse the heater, give us a call, and we will immediately ship a new heat pump to you. This is very rare but we don't like to take any chances that you will be disappointed.  Relax, we will take care of everything.
