Heat Siphon SX3.25 Pool Heat Pump

I just wanted to let you know that I received my pool heater yesterday and everything looks fine.  I wanted to thank Jason for working with me over the weekend to get my order processed.  And, since you are obviously interested in keeping your customers satisfied, I thought I should pass along the somewhat perplexing experience I had with ABF.

12/1  Contacted ABF to check on getting a delivery scheduled.  I was told that the heater would not be ready for delivery until the following week.

12/6 � Using the ABF website, I saw that my heater had arrived in my area and called ABF to schedule an appointment.  I was told that a truck would be available on 12/8.  I was told that I would be contacted on 12/8 an hour prior to the truck arriving at my house to arrange for someone to be there to receive the delivery.  Since I work 30 to 40 minutes away, this was acceptable.  All of my contact information was confirmed at this time.

12/8  8:00 am - I called to see if I could get a time frame on the delivery (morning or afternoon) and was told that the heater was not yet on the truck and to check back in a couple of hours.

11:00 am - I called and was told that they would be unable to make the delivery today, but could schedule it for 12/9 in the AM (which I did)

1:30 pm - I received a message that the heater was actually being delivered and that the truck was already at my house (no prior notification).  It was agreed that the truck could come back later in the afternoon and that I would receive prior notification.  I again confirmed my contact information with ABF.

4:00 pm  I called to make sure that everything was still on track, and was told again that I would be contacted prior to the delivery.

5:30 pm I received a call that the truck was once again at my house (again, no notification).  Luckily my wife was in the area and ABF agreed to wait on her to receive the delivery.

In the end, everything turned out fine.  If I actually had been charged for the shipping, I might be a little annoyed.  I thought I should pass along my experience with ABF as this also reflects on you.

Anyway, I am looking forward to installing my heater this weekend.

Follow up e-mail...

No hard feelings at all.  I realize that once you put your product on the truck, what happens after that is pretty much out of your hands.  And since I received the heater safe and sound, there is no harm done.  This is the only time I have had any dealings with ABF so I realize that this may be an isolated incident.  But because of ABF�s obvious  left-hand-not-knowing-what-the-right-hand-is-doing� problem in this incident, I thought I should at least let you know (just in case this is/becomes a pattern).

Aquacal Heat Wave H155 Pool Heat Pump

Let me begin by saying the hardest part of this letter is keeping it short. I can not explain how happy and satisfied I am with the heat pump and the service I received from your company. I hope that those customers who find your website truly believe every word that has been written by other customers as well as my own.

I was amazed by your customer service, after faxing you my order on a Thursday night I was shocked to hear from you the next day. Not only did you call to tell me you received my order but to inform me that you were issuing a $100.00 credit for a price discrepancy that printed out on the order form. (That is unheard of these days with most companies; for a company to give a credit without the customer fighting for it!). Your customer service is truly amazing, the call the following day, the faxing of the order form and the confirmation letter mailed to my home in my opinion are signs of a company that cares about their customers.

The delivery of my heat pump in two days if you don't count the weekend was remarkable. I never thought it would get here in less than 1 or 2 weeks. Not only was the delivery of the heat pump great but the solar blanket arrived the very next day after I called you with the dimensions of the pool.

I truly hope that by posting this email on your website I can be of assistance to your company by letting everyone know who looks at it what a great experience it was doing business with you. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and neighbors (I already have) and hope to do business with you again in the future. Your website will be the first site I go to for all my pool needs.

We are now enjoying the pool thanks to you and your company, we have not been in it since mid August and look forward to using every month from this day forward.

You are amazing!!! Answering email on Sunday? You really are concerned about customer service. Do you get to take a vacation? I hope so. I didn't expect an answer until Monday. Please don't work so hard. Thanks for the info, thought I would just pick your brain. I know I won't have a problem with the company.

Just to let you know I called Aqua Cal Yesterday and they came out and fixed the shorted probe today. Their customer service is ALMOST as good as yours. Thanks for helping me choose the H155. Not only is the unit outstanding but the service is just as good. I am still a very happy customer. Thanks again for all your help. -Eloy

Pool Heat Pump

I cannot say enough about the excellent service that I received from your company. I have an in ground pool that is 3 years old and I had acquired a 10 year old pool heater from my in laws when they took their pool down. The pool company plumbed the heater in and all was fine until I needed a part for the heater and Murphy's Law came into play because the pool heater company was no longer in business. A quick search on the internet directed me to your company and within a few days the pool was up and running. Unlike the other 2 pool heater supply companies that I contacted you did not try to sell me a new pool heater or tell me that my pool heater company had gone out of business and there was no way on earth to get a part for my unit. I have nothing but praise for the honest, rapid and courteous way that your company does business. I will recommend your company to all my friends in the future for their pool heater needs and once again thank you for your services.
