HE Series: For US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada: Five (5) years parts, two (2) years labor. Lifetime on the titanium heat exchanger. The homeowner is responsible for all labor charges after year two (2).

HI Series: The 5/5/Lifetime Warranty is for Florida sales only. Five (5) years full parts and labor. Lifetime on the titanium heat exchanger. The homeowner is responsible for all labor charges after year five (5).

National Warranty:
Includes Puerto Rico and Hawaii 5 years parts and 2 years labor and lifetime on the heat exchanger

Canada Warranty:
2 year parts, 5 year compressor and lifetime on the heat exchanger.
