SHIPPING
All orders are shipped Truck, or UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air and 3-Day Select are available upon request at customer’s expense.
RETURN POLICY
Our products are 100% Guaranteed. Should you need to make a return or exchange:
Contact our Return Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We
cannot accept returns without this number on the package. Return merchandise
within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and the original carton
that it was shipped or we can't accept it back. Customer pays for all freight
charges both ways. On heat pump returns there will be an additional 20%
restocking charge because we can't resell it and this is what the factory
charges us to send it back to them.
99% of the time when a heat pump is returned is because the electrician wants
too much money to cut through a cement deck or other similar problem. It's been
my experience that there is always a less expensive way to wire it. I suggest to
my customers that they get a second opinion if they think that their electrician
wants too much money.
DAMAGES:
Please remove equipment from box and check for damage. Don't be concerned with slight fin damage. If unit is damaged, do not accept shipment. If you do accept damaged equipment you must file a Claim Form with carrier within 24 hours. Pool Heat Pumps .Com will do everything that we can to help resolve damaged goods problems.

All products are new and have full manufacturers warranties. We do not
manufacture any product sold in this website. We will help with any warrantee
problems, but all claims are between the customer and the manufacturer.
Pool Heat Pumps .Com expressly disclaims liability for any injury or damage of
any kind stemming from the operation or inability to properly operate any item
we sell.
Heater orders can not be cancelled after they have shipped. If heater is refused
by customer at the time of delivery; customer is then responsible for all
shipping costs involved.
Pool Heat Pumps .Com does not do any service work or installations. As a
courtesy to our customers we will give referrals to installation and/or repair
companies or other trades. We do not verify if their licenses are up to date.
You must approach them like you would with any new unfamiliar contractor. Do
your due diligence and make sure that they are right for you and for the job.
All parties agree that jurisdiction and venue shall be in Snohomish County,
Washington.
