Raypak R245ti | Compact Series
The Raypak R245ti pool heat pump has 48,000 BTUs, making it an ideal unit for smaller and medium-sized pools. The analog control makes it easy to program and allows for simple temperature control. It is extremely durable, with a DuraSteel powder-coated cabinet and spiral titanium tube heat exchanger, both designed to resist harsh pool chemicals and corrosion from the elements. The Venturi fan cowling and large air coils allow for greater air flow and more efficiency than other pool heat pumps. The scroll compressor combines with sound isolation pads to make this unit one of the quietest among its competitors.

Used as the basis of comparison for performance characteristics.
This institute operates to standardize the testing and performance data for all heat pumps. Seer Ratings and Performance data must be factual, accurate and verified.
COP Coefficient of Performance = KW out/KW in; KW in = KW out/ COP.
The higher the number, the less electricity used. The coefficient of performance of a heat pump is the measured ratio of kilowatt usage compared to the kilowatt output. The greatest value a heat pump provides a pool owner is to deliver a warm pool or hot spa at the lowest possible cost of operation.

Heat pumps are available in single or three phase units.
A Three-Phase or Multi-Phase heat pump has 2 or more speeds with a high and low setting.
A single-phase heat pump has one setting for cooling and heating. Single phase heat pumps cycle air at one speed and may take longer to heat depending on the temperature.
Two (2) years labor, One (1) years parts. The titanium tube component of the titanium heat exchanger is warranted for ten (10) years from the *Effective Date, with no labor coverage in the third through tenth years.
*Effective date: The Effective Date of this Limited Warranty is the date of original installation if properly documented; if you are not able to provide documentary proof of the date of original installation, the Effective Date will be the date of manufacture plus 30 days.
