At 70,000 BTUs, the Electroheat 70 pool heat pump by Waterco is specialized to maximize energy-efficiency while heating small to mid-sized pools. The Electroheat series has high-tech improvements to get more out of the unit’s 70,000 BTUs. The unit is easy to use and comes with automated controls like warming schedules, auto-defrost for low temperatures, and self-diagnostic functions to monitor the unit’s performance.
Designed for durability and efficiency, the pool heat pump is made with a titanium double coil heat exchanger that resists corrosion, water-circulation guide to improve water velocity, and extra-large evaporator surface to collect more heat from the air. The scroll compressor makes for nearly-silent operation, and the cabinet is made of ABS plastic to resist extreme weather conditions and rust.
