Great unit and great service. I have a SX5.0 HP from 2003. What aimed we toward them was they seemed to be ahead of the technology curve. Even 16 years ago the had titanium plumbing and scroll compressors.
Their service from Sue is great. I had a contactor and transformer die about 5 years ago and got a new one for a good price. They even threw in a delay timer for free. Now I have a more serious problem where some critters got into the control panel, made a nest and croaked all the electronics. I called Sue and got everything, Fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, contactor, thermostat, transformer, 5 minute delay timer and wiring for $229, including shipping.
