Upon completion of your order, our pool heating professionals will review your order to make sure you are getting the correct size heater for your pool. Our primary goal is to make sure that you get a great pool heater at a great price for the right application, the first time. We are very proud of our tradition of paying attention to every detail on everything that we do here at Poolheatpumps.com. That includes the way we will deliver your new pool heat pump to your home.
Unlike other companies that require your assistance to help the truck driver unload your heat pump, we at Poolheatpumps.com will only ship your pool heat pump on a lift gate truck that will lower the heater to the ground for you unless you ask for a specific type of delivery truck or you have your own fork lift. We are also able to do a commercial business delivery if you have a dock or fork lift/tractor to unload it from the truck.
We do our best to get you tracking information upon request. Tracking numbers or BOL numbers (Bill of Lading) will be available in 48 to 72 hours after the heat pump is in route.
All of our pool heat pump shipments are 100% insured with a no-claim, strictly enforced policy. If the unit shows up damaged, let us know ASAP and refuse the heat pump. This makes it easier on you as the damaged heater is removed and we can get a new heat pump on the way to you.
On the box is a marker called Tip and Tell - pictures below. Please check this marker before signing for the pool heat pump. If possible, take the box off and inspect the unit before accepting the pool heat pump. If you see any signs of damage, do not sign for the unit and we will send you a new unit right away
This is a demonstration on a proper delivery, unloading and unpacking process of your swimming pool heat pump. If you have any questions or special delivery requests, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
The day before the delivery you will receive a phone call from the trucking company to set up an appointment with you as soon as the next day if possible.
To check customer service with Saia, we went as far as shipping a heat pump to one of us here at Poolheatpumps.com to document and test a delivery. They did a great job. This particular day Jason from our company accepted delivery.
